During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping Delays

PatchTheory is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Technical issues with shipping providers

Shipping delays do not automatically qualify for refunds or replacements.


Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failure to claim the package

  • Refused delivery

A reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation so we can assist you.
